One day a beaver really did climb up out of the Sydenham River and go for a walk in downtown Owen Sound. Well documented on social media, his journey delighted the community and inspired local artist Elaine doy to create a popular series of paintings imagining his adventures. The beaver became known as Owen, and the paintings evolved into this book.
